Exhibitor Confirmation Form
- Please click“next step”and select the package(s) you have applied for, fill out the form and complete the payment to secure your exhibiting spot.
- Please make sure you select the correct package. If a refund is needed due to an incorrect payment, KKTIX will collect a 10% handling fee from the payer. If you are not 100% sure which package you have applied for, please contact us to confirm your information before making the payment.
Notes
- For overseas exhibitors, we strongly suggest the payment be done via "Credit Card", as "ATM" is Taiwanese payment services.
- Make sure to complete the payment within the valid time. The system will automatically cancel the submitted info after the valid time.
Cancellation Policy
- If the cancellation is made on and before April. 30, 2023, all paid fees will be refunded to you via wire transfer with processing fees deducted.
- If the cancellation is made on and after May. 1, 2023, all paid fees WILL NOT be refunded. All the paid fees will be forfeited and transferred to the promotional budget of Indie House Summer.
