Taipei Game Show 2021 Indie House Exhibitor Confirmation

Thank you very much for joining us at Taipei Game Show 2021 Indie House. To secure your exhibiting spot, please fill out this confirmation form and complete the payment within 2 weeks after receiving the "Qualification Announcement" Email.

Exhibitor Confirmation Form

1. Please pick the package you have applied for, and fill out the form and complete the payment in order to secure your exhibiting spot.
2. Please make sure to select the correct package you have applied. If a refund is needed due to an incorrect payment, KKTIX will collect 10% handling fee from the payer. If you are not 100% sure which package you have applied for, please contact us to confirm your information before making the payment.
3. The information collected is for the online and on-site promotional purposes (e.g. website listing, guidebook, press release, ), and for reserving the accommodation also. Make sure a complete & correct information is provided would make the experience much smoother

*Notes for Accommodation:

1. Request for additional team members to be accommodated in the provided hotel is acceptable. However, fees will be generated and collected by the hotel.
2. Request for date extension on the accommodation is not acceptable.
3. Please note that once the request for the accommodation is made, the team is obligated to check in at the hotel. Failed to do so will be considered as a violation, and the organizer will be collecting generated fees from the team.

Package & Payment

Notes

1. For oversea exhibitors, we strongly suggest the payment to be done via "Credit Card", as "ATM" and "FamiPort" are Taiwanese payment services.
2. Make sure to complete the payment within the valid time. The system will automatically cancel the submitted info after the valid time.
3. Exhibitor's Guidebook will be released in December.
4. Each exhibiting team will be given 2 exhibitor badges. If you need additional badges, please make the note in the confirmation form. NTD 1,000 will be charged for each additional badge at the service counter.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the cancellation is made before and on Nov. 30, 2020, we will refund paid fees with handling fees deducted after the event is concluded.
2. Cancellations made on and after Dec. 1, 2020 are unacceptable. All paid fees will not be returned.
