Thank you for applying Taipei Game Show 2023 Indie House stage event. Please carefully read through the following notices and make the deposit before Jan. 8, 2023. Thank you.
Important Notices:
- If the deposit is not made before the deadline (Jan. 8, 2023), your spot will be released to waitlisted applicants without further notice.
- The deposit will be refunded on the ground of Taipei Game Show 2023 in cash of NT$ 2,000. There is a 5% processing fee (NT$ 100) that will not be refunded.
- If the exhibitor canceled or no-show after the deposit is paid, the organizer will not refund the deposit and an receipt will be issued to the applying exhibitor.
- This is a kind reminder that it's strongly advised to perform the stage event in Mandarin. If the event is performed in English, it's highly possible that the majority of the visitors will not understand you or the host of the event, which makes interaction with the crowd next to impossible. This is noted in the stage application form. However, if you'd like to opt out after taking language into consideration, please DO NOT pay the deposit and write us an email ASAP so that we can have waitlisted applicants join us.
